This route allows the investor to buy an asset directly from the seller (without double contracts). We are responsible for and carry out the purchase process including locating the asset, preforming an Integrity and adequacy check (Title and Inspection), submit a bid to the seller, company opening arrangements if necessary, management of property renovation if necessary and contracting with all parties (broker, operating contractor, attorney, Title, accountant). In addition, we accompany the investor with all relevant parties, including reviewing the monthly reports, various authorities, an American accountant who resides in Israel and more, for the entire first year (the option is given for continued accompaniment throughout the lifetime of the property).
